This article explained How to Configure Zero Page Node Tree. The zero page nod is one of the nodes in the OpenAM and is used to check the credentials exist in the request header or not, if exist then it will take the credential and then validate it against LDAP Node or Data Store Decision Node which means that validate the credentials with OpenDJ. If the user credentials do not exist in the request header then it will point to the username and password collector to collect the user credentials.
The Zero Page Node has two outcomes as Has Credentials and No Credentials
Has Credentials point to Data Store Decision Node to validate the credentials and No Credentials point to Username and Password collector node to collect credentials and then it will point to Data Store Decision Node to validate the credentials.
How to Configure Zero Page Node Tree
Login into OpenAM application by amAdmin user, and then go to Authentication > Trees
